Review for Fittleworth by Tracy

Fittlworth are hard to contact there phonelines are made complicated by chat bots and loads of push 1 for this etc, also when you send them an email setting out what you want clearly they still manage to forget things or if they are unable to supply at that point instead of contacting you and offering a diffrent brand that does the same job, i would like it that if there not able to contacr you about a missing item due to availability or that they are following in a seperat box /order on the invoice clearly thating its comming seperatly then we as customers could under stand what was going on.
