Fittleworth send reminders (it seems) on a specified day of the month regardless as to when the last delivery was made. This means one gets reminders when one has only just had a delivery. Reminders should be appropriately adjusted to coincide with the last delivery date plus a month. I was informed as to my delivery date and emailed to say that the date was not convenient and to deliver on /after a later date.

I was informed as to my delivery date and emailed to say that the date was not convenient and to deliver on /after a later date. A new date was confirmed but nevertheless delivery was made on the original date when I was abroad. Not helpful! Fortunately the package was not stolen.
