I have used fittleworth for 5 years and have been happy with the service until their recent change to DPD for deliveries. DHL were reliable and gave a precise time. Mine was due this Tuesday so waited in all day as but the driver ran out of time I gather. We did the same yesterday but same again and the link said the next day ie today. I have used fittleworth for 5 years and have been happy with the service until their recent change to DPD for deliveries. DHL were reliable and gave a precise time. Mine was due this Tuesday so waited in all day as but the driver ran out of time I gather. We did the same yesterday but same again and the link said the next day ie today. It is now showing tomorrow so I have changed the delivery to a pick up point rather than wait in for 4 days. I don’t drive any more and it’s a big order so very tedious. The company just say this is teething problems but the situation is ridiculous

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to wait in for several days only for the delivery to be delayed repeatedly. I appreciate the inconvenience this has caused, particularly as you no longer drive and have had to arrange collection from a pick-up point.
