I used to be very happy with the customer service team. Can’t get through on the phone anymore. Have made my last two orders online and both have been wrong. There is no info or tracking provided anymore and then when the things arrive they are wrong or incomplete. I asked to be contacted by a manager. But never did. On my most recent delivery I was assured it would arrive today. However only 1

I used to be very happy with the customer service team. Can’t get through on the phone anymore. Have made my last two orders online and both have been wrong. There is no info or tracking provided anymore and then when the things arrive they are wrong or incomplete. I asked to be contacted by a manager. But never did. On my most recent delivery I was assured it would arrive today. However only 1 item arrived and when I contacted via email I was told that they couldn’t tell me when the rest would arrive. And they no longer send samples if there is a delay in the delivery. I will try calling again tomorrow rather than email (although last time that was no better) but in the meantime will look to see if I can find another supplier.
