Once again I have been let down by Oakmed, I ordered my products a month ago and they were delivered without the seals I had ordered, on the telephone they told me they will not have any till February. After waiting 3 weeks I phoned them and asked if they had another make, they said they would send some samples, these took a few days to arrive and were no good as the hole in
Once again I have been let down by Oakmed, I ordered my products a month ago and they were delivered without the seals I had ordered, on the telephone they told me they will not have any till February. After waiting 3 weeks I phoned them and asked if they had another make, they said they would send some samples, these took a few days to arrive and were no good as the hole in them was very big, I phoned back but was told they still had no stock of the original ones. I have had to ask them to send the prescription back to me so that I can order from another company. Not very supportive at all, I have just been left in a mess by them. Think hard before you order from them!
Update from 10th Feb. I am still without the seals ordered from Oakmed at the start of January but have received a few samples from other suppliers.
