After supplying my bags pre cut for several years this months they were cut differently which made them unusable, they also did not supply the barrier rings as requested, phoned to explain I was going abroad and needed supplies after waiting 2 weeks for a delivery, reassured over 3 days that my supplies would be delivered, got to day before holiday still not received, there answer was to go and get them from my local
After supplying my bags pre cut for several years this months they were cut differently which made them unusable, they also did not supply the barrier rings as requested, phoned to explain I was going abroad and needed supplies after waiting 2 weeks for a delivery, reassured over 3 days that my supplies would be delivered, got to day before holiday still not received, there answer was to go and get them from my local hospital ! Due to holiday tomorrow and do not have enough supplies, Patient choice I will NEVER use you again.
