I've been with Rapidcare for almost as long as they have existed. I phone them up to say what I need they do the rest & because I love very near their warehouse instead of waiting in for a delivery they phone me when my order is ready & I collect it, I've even phoned early morning & collected same day if my GP has done the prescription & Rapidcare have what I need in
I've been with Rapidcare for almost as long as they have existed. I phone them up to say what I need they do the rest & because I love very near their warehouse instead of waiting in for a delivery they phone me when my order is ready & I collect it, I've even phoned early morning & collected same day if my GP has done the prescription & Rapidcare have what I need in stock, GP is usually the hold up. I'll never change from Rapidcare, my stoma nurse once by error sent a request to fittleworths who delivered next day the wrong items, I informed my stoma nurse who told them they got it wrong so they redelivered next day exactly the same wrong items. I asked my stoma nurse to forget trying to get them to correct their mistakes & just send my order to Rapidcare & guess what they got it right 1st time as always.
