The lady I spoke to on phone was so lovely puts you at ease and got my order delivered on time I made a mistake with the size of the cut on my bags because I’ve been having problems with my stoma so next time I’ll need to get my bags cut smaller I’m sure that won’t be a problem because the staff want to make sure you get what you need without any problems
