Review for Respond Healthcare by Anna

I had hell with my previous supply company who is been with since the beginning of my journey 14 yrs. The stress and worry they caused on a monthly basis was just making me more unwell. It was a big thing for me to sign up with a new company but after lots of research and review reading I finally decided to join Respond, which I can honestly say was the best decision. The sign up was easy, they’ve now completed 4 orders for me, they automatically request and deal with my GP & prescriptions (which is a task on its own 🤣), they are always early with deliveries & to be honest they just can’t do enough for you to make life easier for you. I come under the Nottingham team and I have to say….. they are amazing and get my very dry sense of humour 🙈. I actually don’t mind calling them up either if I need to, whereas with my previous supply company I used to dread it. Beverley & April at Nottingham are just fabulous ladies, informative, helpful & they know their stuff but not in a patronising way - they know how to help their patients & what they can do to help and if they don’t know the answer to a question, they find out and do ACTUALLY come back to you. Beverley is just ace to be fair, she always brightens my day and has a little giggle with me! So, to sum up….. if you’re frustrated with your supplier & tearing your hair out like I was then don’t put up with it because it ain’t them doing you the favour, it is you doing them the favour because without people like us they’d have no business & I highly recommend Respond! They can’t do enough for you, will make sure you’re happy & the support & advice they can offer is like a breath of fresh air. Thank you to everyone at Respond! My order aren’t simple & they are always big orders but you’ve not let me down & I’ll be forever grateful for the stress you’ve taken away from me. So here’s to the next goodness how many years cause you’re stuck with me now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else as you’ve settled me quite nicely! 😊
