Online ordering is supposed to be simple. I gave it a try. I ordered online over two weeks before I needed the kit. because " I must give them 14 days" Their words. I stated " Please deliver to my home address between the 12th and 15th of July" I was away on holiday, had a decent buffer of supplies . My order was acknowledged and repeated back to me via email. So I'm sat on a beach when this email tells me my parcel will be with me 6th of July. 7 days after placing the order and 5 days into my holiday. Amazing that they can have someone available to call you out of the blue to ask if you need more supplies yet have nobody to read your online request.
