I've had my stoma for nearly two years and this was the company that my stoma team enrolled me with. They are so helpful and friendly. I've had my stoma for nearly two years and this was the company that my stoma team enrolled me with. They are so helpful and friendly. I am abroad a couple of times a year and they organize extra products to cover my time away. I'm also very lucky to find a pouch that suits my needs and has rarely let me down. They have introduced an automated ordering system recently but the option to speak to a real person is still there. Delivery times are extremely punctual and I am notified of date and time well in advance. Fantastic service.
