Since day one back in 2013 Pelican/Respond have looked after me and I can’t thank the Ferndown staff enough they have meet all my needs and changes to prescriptions and believe me we have changed pouches many times to get one that fits reasonable well to my hernia and second operation mess the hospital left me with.
