We have been using flittworth but having problems with ballooning ring respond for help as I had seen on line a plastic vent spoke to a lovely lady names Susan who asked lots of questions about my husbands ileostomy bag and offered to send some samples to see what was best for the problems we were having she couldn’t have been more helpful products were fantastic helped no end customers service was amazing. X
