I have been using respond since March 2025 after treatment for colorectal cancer. Ordering my prescription is no problem . The products are great but the delivery has been terrible 😢 each month I dread the time when my prescription is out for delivery … it never gets delivered on the first day and it can take a couple of phone calls and then 2 days later my prescription being delivered. However out of 4
I have been using respond since March 2025 after treatment for colorectal cancer. Ordering my prescription is no problem . The products are great but the delivery has been terrible 😢 each month I dread the time when my prescription is out for delivery … it never gets delivered on the first day and it can take a couple of phone calls and then 2 days later my prescription being delivered. However out of 4 deliveries I’ve only had 2 actually handed to me . I live in a retirement flat . There are 67 flats and my prescription has been either left outside the main entrance… which was very lucky it did not get picked up by a member of public walking by … it was an elderly resident who kindly let me know where my prescription parcel was ! The other time it was left in the communal lounge of my building and a lady who has a cognitive impairment put it away in a cupboard fortunately the parcel was found the following day … DPD THINK they can leave parcel outside or hand to anyone! To them it’s still a doorstep delivery. The amount it must cost the NHS for my prescription the care of respond packing it and then to be allowed to be delivered by amateurs is a shame … DPD GETS 1
