Very efficient service. Once prescription is received they get the order out very quickly. On occasion recently they pushed the order through quickly and arranged for delivery the following day due to me going away. They seem to really understand the anxieties for ostomates and what a worry it is if you think your supply’s won’t arrive on time. First class service! Well done respond and the girls that take our calls
