I am always reassured that my order will arrive on time, and that it will be exactly what I have requested. The staff I speak to on the phone are always helpful, courteous and have time for a little chat, as long I don't keep them (actually, myself!) talking for too long!. Lovely company with, I'm certain, hand-picked staff in direct contact with the wide family of ostomates.
