Have been with Respond since the beginning. Had to use BOB recently and they were very patient with the many hold ups and missed prescriptions. Now I am back using my surgery, Respond never fail to remind me every month. The service was much better when I first started because I always had the same advisor and they would send little gifts at Easter and Xmas! I guess that small family feeling changed when they were taken over from Ostomart to Respond.
