Review for Respond Healthcare by Nichola

Amazing service and very friendly and helpful staff. Rang on Monday 03.04.2023 as needed to place an order a lot sooner than normal. Explained that was having to place order a lot sooner than normal and the team member I spoke to checked what supplies I had left as due to the Easter holidays would have delivery next Wednesday. That was ok as knew had enough till then. Came home from work today Wednesday 05.04.2023 and supplies had already been delivered in a 2 day turn around and a week early. Brillant service and the staff are so understanding and easy to talk to. Had stoma for 27 years so have used quite a few ways to order my supplies but I am so glad I got directed to Respond.
