I have been with Respond since October 2020 after spending nearly all of that year in Hospital , Covid was something I watched on tv and watched & listened to the staff working non stop . I was lucky they tested me and I was fine . When I eventually came home everything was new . It had been an Emergency op and I was left with an Ileostomy bag . I am not kidding

I was lucky they tested me and I was fine . When I eventually came home everything was new . It had been an Emergency op and I was left with an Ileostomy bag . I am not kidding when I say I was clueless. My Soma nurse and Respond were fantastic , between them they helped me through continuous leaks ,trying all the different accessories . It took nearly 2 years before I felt comfortable sorting myself out and during that time I could not fault Respond . They were friendly always ready with advice , very efficient, no hanging around waiting for deliveries. I would recommend them any time 10 out 10 from me .
