I have found Respond a friendly company and easy to contact. The one irritation I have is that I have asked , on several occasions, to be telephoned re: my delivery. This used to happen regularly but it doesn’t happen consistently now. I ahave checked and have been told it is on my notes. It is not normally an urgent issue for me, just needing to know when it is arriving.
