I am a recent convert to Respond for my supplies of pouches ànd spray requirements but have yet to convinced that they 100% reliable. My first deliveryarrived with only 1 bag of disposable bags (normally 2). My next delivery arrived uncut (as requested).and my latest delivery arrived with only2 release sprays while I have always received 3. If these errors carry on I may need to change supplier.
