Never let me down with deliveries. sometimes I have had a next day delivery from Respond actually receiving my monthly prescription orders from my GP surgery. Receive a text in the morning of delivery telling me to within an hour what time the named driver will deliver.
Excellent packaging. (No plastic).
My colostomy bags are excellent for me and cut to size for me to save me having to do that.

Always send me wipes and black bags for disposing of used colostomy bags and the Respond Adhesive remover, on prescription, is also an excellent product.
On the odd occasion I have required to contact Respond the person’s who attend to calls are courtiousi, friendly, knowledgeable about the products and very helpful.
Would highly recommend Respond for their products and customer service.
