I have never been disappointed by Respond. When I moved to a different area and new GP surgery, my orders the new surgery did not process my orders correctly and I faced being left without my much needed supplies. However, after a call to Respond, they sent an emergency supply the next day while the situation was corrected with the surgery. At another time, I was advised by a clinician to order a different product,

When I moved to a different area and new GP surgery, my orders the new surgery did not process my orders correctly and I faced being left without my much needed supplies. However, after a call to Respond, they sent an emergency supply the next day while the situation was corrected with the surgery. At another time, I was advised by a clinician to order a different product, and while Respond didn't usually stock it, they went out of their way to source and supply the item required. I have always received a warm greeting from Respond operators and they show kindness, understanding and empathy. This is so important when you are reliant on others to supply what you need to maintain good health. T|op marks every time.
