I have been using them for over 5 years, and in all that time, I have only had the odd issues, mainly due to stock shortages from suppliers or certain suppliers stopping production of certain lines. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and have always been easy to talk with and understanding of my needs, as and when things change throughout the year.
