The Salts peoduct I wws initially supplied was unreliable, and caused me great embarrassment. Since changing to a Convatec product things are much better. But Salts Medilink had done as the prescribers told them, so are not entirely to blame. Contacts with the Brighton office have been nothing less than exemplary: kind, friendly and thorough.
