Medilink has a local contact with a friendly person answering the phone, or you can contact them by email. They ask if you need an urgent supply, and if not a well protected parcel is delivered within a week . If they haven’t heard from you for a repeat order within a month they send an email reminder. Brilliant! They are geared up to send an electronic prescription to my Doctors for approval and always
