I have been using Script-easy for several years but recently they very often do not have the product I require and have sent me an alternative which is not as convenient to use. I have been using Script-easy for several years but recently they very often do not have the product I require and have sent me an alternative which is not as convenient to use. This alternative is now not always in stock and just send me part of the order and hopefully the rest will follow, which today has not happened. When I rang about this they said it could be 40 hours before the got back to me,( Yes 40 hours) I cannot do without the product I require and so each month there is an anxious few days until my order is fulfilled.
