I have used this company since January 2025 and found that the telephoning ordering procedure is normally straight forward with the staff very polite and patient, so far a couple of problems have occurred and a telephone call sorted the problems out. The only comment I would like to make that in my opinion would help to eliminate ordering problems would be if a confirmation e Mail was sent to the customer after the order,

The only comment I would like to make that in my opinion would help to eliminate ordering problems would be if a confirmation e Mail was sent to the customer after the order, that would confirm what was ordered so that the customer could check the order to make sure no mistakes where made.
