The last 7 months they have been unreliability. Orders late or not arriving. When contacting them not very apologetic always the doctors fault not received prescription.

Hi Lorae. Thank you for leaving your feedback. We've very sorry to hear about your experience with your prescriptions. GP’s require us to obtain your prescription before we can release your order and this can take between 7-10 days, so we recommend that you place an order within 2 weeks of your current supply running out. We aim to deliver your prescription within 48 hours of receiving. If you're finding that you have significant delays with your order each month then we would like to look into this further for you, to investigate what the issue is and help rectify.
