I have been with Amcare and the company they merged with, Homestyle for 18 years. You do need to order in advance, they usually take about 10-14 days to deliver from order, but they do all the necessary. I phone them with my order, they liaise with my GP and have the prescription sent direct to them, and fill the order, so I don’t have to do anything but phone my order and wait

I have never had any problems with Amcare.
