Delivery company delivering to wrong address in different Town. No communication that orders can not be fulfilled. Patient waiting for urgent and necessary supplies unaware that there will be no delivery. Patient, or carer, left to chase up missing or non-existent deliveries. Requesting the call back service that doesn't happen. Confidence lost in a company that was always reliable for the past six years.
