I have been with Bullen along time and their customer service is phenomenal they really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need I feel like I can trust them whenever I need their help or assistance they treat you like one of their own the order I have just received was great that I’m thankful for but a item was missing I received the 2 size 16 catheters but
