Shockingly poor service. Stoma bags (70) sent not cut to size and they were needed for my upcoming holiday. They even asked me to send a picture of the uncut stoma bags as if they did not believe me. This company has been given so many second chances. No acceptable solutions and no response from this company even when I complained by phone and email. They do not deliver on what they say - AVOID!
Shockingly poor service. Stoma bags (70) sent not cut to size and they were needed for my upcoming holiday. They even asked me to send a picture of the uncut stoma bags as if they did not believe me. This company has been given so many second chances. No acceptable solutions and no response from this company even when I complained by phone and email. They do not deliver on what they say - AVOID! Now I'm left to try and find someone to cut these to size (without the proper cutting scissors) as I have bad arthritis in my hands and am unable to complete this task myself - so uncaring of this shambles of a supplier….
