Have been receiving items from Coloplast for some years @ 2009. Delivery was a matter of concern with the previous delivery company, however since changing to the present delivery company the efficiency of Coloplast is now complimented by the efficiency of its delivery company. Coloplast has always been excellent with any issues I have had with the catheters, easy to talk to and ready to provide samples for example when trying different types of catheter.

Coloplast has always been excellent with any issues I have had with the catheters, easy to talk to and ready to provide samples for example when trying different types of catheter. Overall I have to say they provide a top class service and give very good understanding advice when speaking to them.You should have no qualms about talking to them about, what very often is, a delicate personal problem.
