I've been with Charter from the beginning 14years, never had a problem with them. Always easy to place order online or by phone. I was away at my brothers who was ill. I rang them as I had ran out of some items. I got them next day delivered to my brothers. I was very grateful as it would of meant going home to Newcastle from Stockton. They even ask you if you are well
