Whist things are running smoothly, the company seem to be efficient but I have found on several occasions now that the company lack in their quality of communication with patients, miss promised callbacks, can be quite abrupt and sometimes unable to consider a positive outcome to some issues. Whist things are running smoothly, the company seem to be efficient but I have found on several occasions now that the company lack in their quality of communication with patients, miss promised callbacks, can be quite abrupt and sometimes unable to consider a positive outcome to some issues. My wife and I recently attended the Coloplast Summer Event in Ellesmere Port only to be faced with an appallingly organised event which entailed many standing in a queue for over 45 minute, others not even being seen by the nurse as promised.
