I’ve been using Coloplast/Charter for catheter supplies for over 10 years now, initially when self catheterising and for the past couple of years with my supra-pubic catheter. I request a prescription when needed via my local continence service and the supplies are delivered the next working day.
The service is fast, reliable and accurate and when I’ve had to contact them by phone they’ve been very friendly and helpful too.
