When the system changed to one whereby I have to contact my GP surgery to get a prescription I thought it might present problems. In fact the system works extremely well. I phone the surgery, the surgery immediately contact Coloplast Charter and the items are delivered very quickly; sometimes the very next day. As Charter cut my urostomy bags for me I'm amazed how quickly they can do it. I have nothing but praise for
