Coloplast customer services are extremely helpful, kind and very understanding, my son is away on holiday in a very hot climate for the first time with his stoma he took more bags and other products he’s uses to make sure he had enough however a problem occurred he found he was having to do more changes daily than he’s had expected, he began to worry he would run out of bags, I rang Coloplast customer
Coloplast customer services are extremely helpful, kind and very understanding, my son is away on holiday in a very hot climate for the first time with his stoma he took more bags and other products he’s uses to make sure he had enough however a problem occurred he found he was having to do more changes daily than he’s had expected, he began to worry he would run out of bags, I rang Coloplast customer services they put his mind at rest and the same day shipped more bags and products to his holiday villa in Cyprus the service and helpfulness from Coloplast is excellent would highly recommend!
