I have been with Coloplast Charter for many years but it seems to have gone downhill. It takes so long to have your phone call answered that's after you get through the menus. My prescriptions seem to take so long to get sorted and sent, much longer than they did before. In fact for the past two orders I have had to phone to chase them. The website was far better before the upgrade. So

The website was far better before the upgrade. So I am now looking for a new provider.
