Customer service phoned me to say that my GP order had arrived on [DATE] and that the order was not processed as it should have been, hence why the delay. As Coloplast have accepted it was their fault and have apologies I will increase my rating. Over the last three years I have to be honest and say overall I have received good service from Coloplast.
ORIGINAL: What a dreadful experience with Coloplast Charter I have had this week. Have been using Coloplast Charter for several years now and have always found them to be excellent. 1st November I phoned my GP surgery to ask if they had received my stoma order from Coloplast Charter yesterday (31/11/). They informed me they had not. When I phoned Coloplast Charter customer service they said an email had been sent to my GP but would send another email. 2nd November I spoke to my GP surgery who said they definitely did not receive any emails from Coloplast Charter. The GP receptionist said I'm sending a email to Coloplast Charter for your stoma equipment whilst speaking to you Phone Coloplast Charter to ask them if they had received the latest GP email/prescription and was told no. I checked my online medical records and the surgery had indeed issued an order. Again phoned Coloplast Charter to inform them of this, again got a negative response from them. Each time I phoned Coloplast Charter I have had to wait between 20 to 30 minutes before they answer their phone. This is totally unacceptable. Coloplast Charter services have become progressively worse and as I don't feel confident anymore with their service. I am now thinking about looking for another supply.
