Website is very user friendly & if you need to speak to the customer service they are remarkable!! Very happy with the whole process. Once I've placed an order online I received a confirmation email within a minute or two, from that moment they keep you updated at every stage of the process, (it almost feels like as soon as they know something about your order they inform you straightaway) this continues right up to

Once I've placed an order online I received a confirmation email within a minute or two, from that moment they keep you updated at every stage of the process, (it almost feels like as soon as they know something about your order they inform you straightaway) this continues right up to when you receive the parcel. If you are unable to place an order online (for example you haven't got access to the internet) they are more than happy to help you place the order over the phone. Also if there is an item that is out of stock they will call you to inform you & suggest a possible replacement & then they will call you again once they have the item back in stock, they are very helpful & friendly. I've never had a problem with them yet & I've been a customer for over 9 years.
