Excellent customer service (again) from Coloplast Charter. Needed an urgent supply of self-catherisation catheters and they were delivered the very next day. I'd never heard of the company before 2017, then I was diagnosed with cancer - and they've supported me very well ever since with their great range of products. Also - whatever issues I'm having, I know I can get superb advice and support from their help line
