We used to be able to use your app which was very straightforward and satisfactory. The website seems to have recently been redesigned and is apparently optimised for Google Chrome. As we use an Apple iPad and iPhone your websites no longer work at all satisfactorily and the online ordering process is slow, confused and very time consuming It is not helped by the extremely annoying reappearance on each individual webpage of a question as to whether we accept or refuse cookies. All the other websites, which we use only requires you to answer this question once not repeatedly. On the face of it, this is not a fit for purpose website certainly for the significant number of Apple users . Your telephone staff remain extremely helpful, but their task would be much easier if the website had proper functionality. It is a poor reflection on whoever commissioned this new system
