Review for Coloplast Charter by Stephanie

Coloplast have recently, in there words “upgraded there computer system” unfortunately, not for the better so it seems. All my products on my dashboard have disappeared, I have no products, no order history. The order I placed on the 7th November was cancelled, not by me I hasten to,andd. and then re ordered, but not with all the original items. More phone calls to coloplast, more promises that it will be sorted, promises of a call from the web team as they admit to having problems with the new computer system. Still nothing. Oh they’ve had to get another prescription for just one box of barrier rings as only 3 were delivered. I thought going back to coloplast was going to be a good thing, I’m beginning to think I should have stayed with fittleworth or tried bullens.
