The company is not prepared for a client that is computer literate and will gladly leave you without supplies so that duct taping a plastic bag to your abdomen is necessary. After updating details online and being clearly correct my end it turns out the data doesn't pull down to them correctly and requests will be sent to the wrong GP. After informing them of the coding error they'll give you an email address to send the ticket to and you'll detail they problem with attached screenshots of the discrepancies. It'll turn out the address is restricted so you'll forward the problem back to the help desk with a cover email about their error. There'll then be an exchange where they ask how they can help, and you have to keep referring to the emails and calls you've made because they don't actually read/understand the issue you have detailed. All the while your order is still not being processed and you're running low on ostomy bags and despite the urgency, and the fact you've emailed them several times AND called them about the issue they'll generate a letter to say they're going to cancel the order as it's not needed. So, because they can't maintain an effective database (which raises GDPR issues) or bother to note anything, the only course of action was to get incredibly short with them which sadly seems to be the only effective way to get anything done. Weeks of mind boggling incompetence highlight another company sadly suffering with poor training and ineffectual leadership. As of this review I am still waiting for my order placed three weeks ago and am starting to get extremely concerned despite a promise that it will be with me tomorrow. I'm just disappointed it came to this.
