Very supportive and helpful. When l first used colostomy bags they rang twice to see if l was coping. Supplies arrive two days after ordering even though they say to allow 14 days. They include complimentary items. Emails are also sent to say orders have been dispatched and also to do a stoma check and to provide further information.
