Coloplast are very good , I’ve been with you for three and a half years never a problem, but I dislike that you’ve gone to DPD, UPS were brilliant! No sticker on the box now saying medical supplies and they don’t care where they leave the parcels, if my parcel was left next door I wouldn’t get it back. Worried about every order now I’m only leaving an 8 for recommendations because of DPD
