My husband came home from hospital with a temporary catheter but no information how to manage it and insufficient supplies! This company was so helpful with information, seemed genuinely concerned and explained how to order. The GP surgery who placed the order on prescription on my husband's behalf commented how friendly and easy to deal with they were.
