Have used charter for some time now, and unavoidably mistakes are made. Had a product and stoma review back in Feb of 2021. This did not go well. Felt like I was being forced to change bag style just because (it felt like anyhows) the rep was out to sell more of a particular type of bag. I use a concave due to a small amount of herniation to my stoma. And sometimes I protrudes
Have used charter for some time now, and unavoidably mistakes are made. Had a product and stoma review back in Feb of 2021. This did not go well. Felt like I was being forced to change bag style just because (it felt like anyhows) the rep was out to sell more of a particular type of bag. I use a concave due to a small amount of herniation to my stoma. And sometimes I protrudes a little. The normal bags don't stick long enough where these last at least 24 hours, sometimes longer. Overall the service is impeccable, its just every now and then, cracks in the armour start to appear and then, the hite hits the fan!!
